General Information - ASEC 2018
The Annual Systems Engineering Conference (ASEC) is INCOSE UK's flagship annual event and brings together a wide range of professionals from a variety of backgrounds, with the common interest of building upon their Systems Engineering (SE) knowledge and sharing ideas with their peers.
INCOSE UK hosted its first annual conference in 2010, with the aim of creating the premium annual SE conference in the UK. Now in its 9th year, ASEC has indeed grown to become the UK's foremost SE conference.

This year's conference will be taking place at The Vincent Building, Cranfield University, Bedfordshire.

Please follow directions for car park 3 as signposted; the car park is located directly in front of CMDC. Please check into the CMDC reception. Check in is from 14:00. Breakfast will be served each morning between 07:00 and 09:00 in the main dining room. Please vacate your room and settle any personal charges by 11:00 on your day of departure.

Offers 114 single or double occupancy en-suite bedrooms with complimentary WIFI. Hotel facilities include: a choice of formal and informal dinning and a licenced bar. Mitchell Hall is on College Road, running through the University and is clearly sign posted. Parking is available directly in front of Mitchell Hall. On arrival please check in at main reception desk. Check in is from 14:00. Breakfast will be served each morning between 07:00 and 09:00 in the main dining room. Please vacate your room and settle any personal charges by 11:00 on your day of departure.
Please note that neither of these options include dinner, if you wish to be part of the conference dinner on Monday 20th November an additional £35 charge is required when booking for ASEC.
Associate or Certified Systems Engineering Professionals (ASEPs or CSEPs)
INCOSE Associate or Certified Systems Engineering Professionals will receive 1 PDU (Professional Development Unit) for every hour they attend the conference (totalling 8 PDUs per day).
For ASEPs or CSEPs who are not currently members, joining INCOSE UK when registering for ASEC 2018 will earn an additional 5 PDUs for your year of membership.
